High Film Thickness Variation or Incorrect Gauge?
Refer to the Solution of Blown Film Thickness Variation Too High and follow the B.U.R. standards as mentioned above.
Sealing Temperature Too High?
Decrease the sealing temperature to avoid overheating the film.
Sealing Pressure Too High or Too Low?
Adjust the sealing pressure properly and optimize the choice of sealing knife for the right balance.
Sealing Temperature or Dwelling Time Insufficient?
Increase both sealing temperature and dwelling time for better sealing performance.
Polymer Formulation Issue?
Check the polymer type and ensure there are no incorrect blends affecting the sealing.
Excessive Corona Treatment?
