Truely Oxo-Biodegradable solution - Recyclable, Bio-degradable and Degradation Time controllable

P-Life oxo-biodegradable additive enable plastics Recyclable of no longer sending into composting field or incineration. On the other hand, it is a Bio-degradable material; can be 100% bio-degradable in the natural field. P-Life additive obtains RISE (Sweden) SP A+B Degradable mark. Moreover, the Degradation Time is controllable owing to the users’ adding % concentration.

P-Life oxo-biodegradable additive facilitates plastics step by step reduction to 100% natural status. It is a true solution for reducing plastics upon the earth. (Polyolefin PE and PP using are totally 320 million metric tons 2023.) P-Life oxo-biodegradable plastics is not breaking down plastics, neither micro plastics. It is a fully degradable plastics. CHUO YII decided to step into the field and have chosen an actual solution to be away from environment dilemma. Plant-based bio-degradable materials relies only composting landfill under 58°C. While actually and without an effective control by government, most of the plant-based bioplastics sent into incineration as the only destination instead.

From Oct 2024, CHUO YII Enterprise Co. obtained distributor authorization from P-Life Japan Inc. Today we declare that we have set up a particular department to do this job. We expect a real contribution to the Eco friendly earth.

Based in Taiwan since 2009, CHUO YII Enterprise Co. is an air ring and die head manufacturer. Main products, including Packaging Film Dual-Lip Air Ring, Exits Adjustable Type, General Dual-Lip Air Ring and Die Head, etc. C.Y.'s Air Rings are designed for up to 7-layer blown film extrusion line. Air ring for thickness and output control film, low gauge variation, fast cooling and bubble stability, as well as adjustable for dual lip exits, adjusted handles or 360 degree circle nut turning.

CHUO YII has more than 20 years experience in aluminum casting, and specialized in all kinds of blown film air ring design, processing and manufacturing.
