For the past decades people have been more eager to reduce plastic wastes because plastics was increasingly worked out from industries year by year (PE and PP using are totally 320 million metric tons 2023). The Break Down plastics may not bring to the environment more happy; instead, it created much more pollution problems--microplastics. CHUO YII decided to step into the field and have chosen an actual solution to this dilemma. It is SMC-3611, a 100% fully Oxo-Biodegradable master batch for PE, PP (Polyolefin). Since Sep 2024, CHUO YII Enterprise Co. obtained technical cooperation from Japan. Today we declare that we have set up a particular department to do this job and hope that we provide an actual contribution to the ECO friendly earth.

Based in Taiwan since 2009, CHUO YII Enterprise Co. is an air ring and die head manufacturer. Main products, including Packaging Film Dual-Lip Air Ring, Exits Adjustable Type, General Dual-Lip Air Ring and Die Head, etc. C.Y.'s Air Rings are designed for up to 7-layer blown film extrusion line. Air ring for thickness and output control film, low gauge variation, fast cooling and bubble stability, as well as adjustable for dual lip exits, adjusted handles or 360 degree circle nut turning.

CHUO YII has more than 20 years experience in aluminum casting, and specialized in all kinds of blown film air ring design, processing and manufacturing.
